현재는 어학연수생이지만 대학교에 진학할 예정입니다. 공백비자를 신청하고 싶은데, 신청요건이 궁금합니다.
체류기간만료일부터학기시작일까지의공백이3개월이내인경우, 일명‘공백비자’를신청할수있으며,
아래3가지요건을모두충족하는경우에허가를받을수있습니다.
1) 연수과정에재학중으로, 출석률등어학연수체류기간연장취득요건을충족할것
2) 어학연수과정정상종료후, 동대학전문학사이상학위과정에진학하거나타대학시일반대이상일것
3) 토픽3급이상혹은1년6개월이상어학연수자격으로체류하여한국어능력이입증될것

주소가변경된경우, 변경일로부터15일이내‘체류지변경신고’를해야합니다.
본인이직접계약을한경우가아니고숙소를제공받은경우라면①임대차계약서, ②거주숙소제공확인서, ③숙소제공자(친구)의 신분증 사본을 ‘체류지변경신고’ 시 제출해야 합니다.
아직 외국인등록이 완료되지 않은 경우 관할 출입국관서 방문민원을 통해서만 신고가 가능하므로,
방문 시 담당 심사관이 참고할 수 있도록 ‘외국인등록 민원 접수증’을 함께 제시해주시기 바랍니다.
아르바이트를 하고 싶어요. 사장님이 바로 출근하길 원하는데, 일을 시작해도 될까요?
원래 유학색은 취업활동이 가능한 체류자격이 아니므로 국내에서의 취업활동이 불가하지만,
사전에 소속 대학의 확인 및 관할 출입국관서의 허가를 받은 경우, 통상적으로 대학색이 행하는 아르바이트 수준의 시간제 취업 활동은 허용하고 있습니다.
아르바이트를 희망할 경우, 꼭 사전에 관할 출입국관서에 ‘시간제취업허가’를 신청하고, 허가를 받은 후 일을 시작하시기 바랍니다.
I'm currently a language student, but I'm going to college. I want to apply for a blank visa, please let me know the requirements.
If the gap from the expiration of your stay to the start of the semester is within three months,
you can apply for a blank visa if you meet all three requirements below.
1) You are in the training course and meets the requirements for obtaining an extension of the period of stay in language training, such as attendance.
2) After the normal completion of the language training course, you must go to a specialized bachelor's degree or higher in the same university, or you must go to a general university or higher in other universities.
3) You must be at least level 3 of Topic or at least 1 year and 6 months of language training.
I applied for foreigner registration. But when I moved to my friend's house, my home address changed.
If the address is changed, you must report the change of place of stay within 15 days from the date of change.
Also, if you have not signed a contract yourself but have been provided with accommodation, you must submit a copies of the rental contract, residential accommodation provision confirmation and accommodation provider (friend) ID card at the time of the change of place of stay report.
If foreigner registration has not yet been completed, the report can only be made through the visiting at immigration office with Foreigner Registration Receipt.
Can I have a part-time job?
International student is not possible to work in Korea,
but if you have confirmed your university and obtained permission from the relevant immigration office in advance,
you are allowed to do part-time employment activities.
Therefore, if you want to work part-time, please apply for a "part-time employment permit" at the relevant immigration office in advance and start working after obtaining permission.
